SERVICES
SERVICES
50 MINUTE INTAKE SESSION ($235)
The intake session is a semi-structured interview to help me gain a deep understanding of your life, concerns, and goals. I often share my conceptualization of how your concerns have developed, and we collaborate on a plan to resolve them.
50 MINUTE THERAPY SESSION ($235)
Therapy is a confidential, affirming, and safe space to talk. We gain clarity from unpacking our thoughts, and we experience mindfulness from being with our emotions without judgement.
Each session is as unique as each person. We will have a flexible plan, space to talk, and experiences to support a healthy relationship with your thoughts and feelings. We often work explicitly to understand your unique nervous system and to learn strategies to embody calm and increased capacity for challenge.
If unprocessed trauma is part of your lived experience, using the 8 phases of EMDR is extremely effective at healing many mental health symptoms.
100 MINUTE THERAPY SESSION ($470)
Once you are well-resourced with grounding skills and are showing up to daily challenges with presence, it can be more efficient to have longer sessions during phase 4.
Phase 4 uses eye-movements or tapping to facilitate the environment your brain needs to create new neural networks to process the trauma and release its impact on your mind, body, emotions, and sense of self.

YOUR EXPERIENCED AND CARING GUIDE TO HEALING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM AND FEELING WELL
I highly value and believe in the therapeutic process. It’s a dream come true for me to help people feel and live well. I’m inspired to engage in continuous learning and to also support and educate therapists in a supervisory role.
I’ve had rich and vastly different counselling experiences across Northern Alberta and throughout Ontario. I’ve worked in community clinics, a women's shelter, in school settings, and more recently in a sport psychology and performance clinic.
I have the honour of being a mom to two kiddos. We spend our weekends having fun, and as challenging as this phase of life is, I try to be present for it all. Working from home while balancing motherhood has helped, and I really look forward to my in-person work!
It would be a privilege to get to know you and to support you in living your life anchored in your values, beliefs, and mental wellness.
When we show up for ourselves, we can show up well for others. I commend you for taking this first step in increasing your self-care and well-being.

Let’s release the past and become anchored in calm.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or triggered from past experiences, I’m here to help you heal. Join me in your safe space — It’s time to feel grounded, authentic, and well.
Trauma-focused therapy is right for you if…
…you feel triggered and reactive in your daily life — leading to people-pleasing, avoiding, procrastinating, or snapping.
…you have experienced overwhelming moments or chapters that have impacted your ability to thrive.
…you feel stuck, numb, and unable to move forward.
…you struggle to understand yourself and relating to others in a meaningful way is hard.
…you have symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, irritability, recurring thoughts, and negative self-beliefs
You’re not alone. I’m here to help you…
-
Understanding how our pasts shape our unconscious reactions and patterns helps us to have genuine self-compassion, leading to self-love, acceptance, and increased motivation to grow.
-
Understanding what your triggers are and why, is the first step. Then we learn to tune in, to identify our nervous system state, and to use strategies to remain grounded in triggering situations.
-
The 8 phases of EMDR is the gold-star therapy modality to gently and effectively heal trauma, allowing you to live a more present, meaningful, and authentic life.
